Concrete Pot Delivery & Collection in Gauteng
Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd offers collection and Gauteng delivery options for concrete plant pots, trough planters and landscaping pots. Review our delivery fees, access requirements and collection rules before placing your order.
Section 1
Delivery Methods
Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd offers two fulfilment methods: customer collection and delivery service. Delivery is optional and is quoted or charged according to the delivery address, load size and accessibility.
Delivery Service
We offer delivery across Gauteng and selected outlying areas. Delivery charges are based on distance, order value, load weight and whether the destination is inside or outside Gauteng.
Delivery may require confirmation before payment where access is limited, the order is heavy, or the address is outside Gauteng.
Section 2
Concrete Pot Delivery Fees
The following delivery charges apply unless a written quote or approved order confirmation states otherwise.
Delivery may be offered free of charge for qualifying local orders within a 1km radius of our Muldersdrift collection point.
Subject to order size, vehicle availability and management approval.A flat delivery fee applies for standard local deliveries within 30km of Muldersdrift.
Applies to loads of 3 tons or less. Additional loads may be charged separately.Delivery is calculated according to the order value, delivery distance and load requirements.
Minimum delivery fee of R750 applies.Deliveries outside Gauteng must be confirmed before checkout, payment or dispatch.
Minimum transport charge of R2,500 applies. Please contact us before placing the order.Important: Delivery fees may change where additional truck loads, special access, estate restrictions, waiting time, repacking, palletising or alternative transport arrangements are required.
Section 3
Delivery Access Requirements & Responsibility
- Customers must advise Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd of any delivery access restrictions before placing an order. This includes narrow roads, steep driveways, estate entry rules, height restrictions, security access requirements, gravel roads or any area where a truck may not safely enter.
- If access limitations are only discovered after an order has been placed, Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd may reschedule, use an alternative method or charge any additional transport costs to the customer.
- Deliveries may be performed using 4-to-8-ton trucks. If the customer asks the driver to move further onto private property, this is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
- Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd offloads next to the delivery vehicle only. Customers must arrange their own staff, equipment or contractors to move products from the offloading point to the final placement area.
- Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by customer instructions, unsuitable access, unsuitable offloading areas or movement of goods after offloading.
Section 4
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery dates and times are estimates. Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd reserves an allowance of up to 72 hours from the scheduled delivery date to complete delivery where operational, weather, supplier, truck or access delays occur.
- If delivery cannot be completed within 72 hours of the scheduled date, Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery date.
- Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd is not liable for consequential losses, contractor standing time, installer delays, inconvenience or expenses caused by delivery delays outside its reasonable control.
- Customers are strongly advised to schedule installers, gardeners or site teams for the day after delivery rather than the same day.
Section 5
Delivery Acceptance & Inspection
- The customer or an authorised representative aged 18 years or older must be present at the delivery address to receive, inspect and sign for the order.
- Products must be inspected immediately on arrival. The customer must check both the condition and quantity before the delivery vehicle leaves.
- Any concern about breakages, shortages, incorrect items or visible damage must be reported before the driver leaves the premises.
- Once products have been accepted and the driver has left, any return, replacement or refund request will be handled according to the returns and refunds policy.
Section 6
Collection Policy
- Customers who collect must ensure their vehicle is suitable for heavy or bulky concrete pots, troughs, planters and related hard landscaping products.
- Where heavy items are collected, a suitable truck, forklift, grabber or loading equipment may be required. Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd is not liable for damage, delays or unsafe loading caused by unsuitable collection vehicles.
- Prices exclude wrapping, pallets, palletising and additional packaging unless these items are specifically included in the quote or invoice.
- Premium Plant Pots Pty Ltd does not arrange third-party couriers on behalf of customers. If a customer uses their own courier, all responsibility for packaging, loading, transport, handling and delivery lies with the customer and their courier.
- Once goods leave our premises, whether collected by the customer or a designated carrier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.
- Customers must inspect goods before leaving the premises. Any collection concern must be reported to our sales team before departure.
